We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
Each T-shirt is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

🕕 Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-off time for processing orders: 5:00 PM (CET)

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, national holidays, customs, or other unexpected events.

📦 Delivery Methods

Your T-shirt orders will be delivered through reliable carriers such as:

  • PostNL

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

🔍 Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (activated within 24 hours) that allows you to monitor your delivery.

📭 Lost or Delayed T-Shirt Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check tracking info via the courier.

  2. Still an issue? Contact us:

❗ Incorrect Shipping Address

If you submitted the wrong address:

  • Your parcel may be returned to the sender

  • You will be responsible for any re-shipping fees

🔄 Changing Your Address

To change your delivery address (within 24 hours of the order):

After your order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Want to cancel your T-shirt order?

  • Contact us within 24 hours of purchase confirmation

  • Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but you can return it as per our Return Policy

📸 Damaged or Faulty T-Shirts

If your T-shirt arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos of the issue

  2. Please email us immediately at support@iwareu.com

We’ll resolve it with a free exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.
